Join Folias Duo as they preview their upcoming ninth studio album at a special send-off concert at Aquinas College. The album, which the duo will record this December at Oktaven Audio in New York, features eight brand-new original compositions that they have been performing, refining, and shaping over the past three years.
The program includes Andrew’s complete Great Lakes pieces—a musical journey inspired by the waters that have shaped so much of their work—alongside Carmen’s new compositions The Way Through, Locust Storm, and Blaze the Butterflies. This intimate concert offers audiences a first look at the full album before the duo heads to the studio to bring it to life.
